the CHUPPLE
Chupple is the Punjabi word for flip-flops and it’s a fun word to say. Once you start, it’s hard to stop. Kind of like the drink I named after it. It’s a wonderfully refreshing option for a hot summer afternoon or evening.
1.Muddle simple syrup and 4 slices cucumber in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add gin, lime juice, and triple sec.
3. Shake for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into chilled martini glasses.
5. Garnish with remaining cucumber slices.
yields 2 drinks
4 oz. gin
2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. black pepper simple syrup
6 slices of cucumber, peeled.
